Prepare and review invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract terms Execute timely billing cycles, meeting all deadlines and maintaining organized workflows Manage credits, rebills, and pricing adjustments while resolving billing discrepancies Track and apply pricing updates in coordination with Sales and Finance teams Partner cross-functionally to support billing processes, audits, and continuous improvement Experience in billing, accounts receivable, customer service, or related administrative functions Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial data and documentation Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with ERP/billing systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset This role operates in a fast-paced office environment with regular interaction between Sales and Finance teams.
