Hardware/Technical Support Specialist
for a long-term contract position. In this role, you will support the implementation of technology while delivering excellent customer service to business partners.
Work Model:
On-Site What You Will Do:
Contribute to the support and implementation of both new and existing technology Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to emails, calls, and instant messages from business partners Interact directly with business partners to identify, research, create solutions, document information, and resolve problems Research solutions to problems within a fast-paced setting Explain technical concepts to stakeholders clearly, and communicate business goals to technical teams within the organization Provide user training and education while implementing preventative technical measures as needed What You Will Need to Be Successful:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technology, math, engineering, or science-related field, or equivalent experience An applicable internship or experience in IT support, IT customer service, or IT troubleshooting (preferred) Ability to utilize an engineeringdriven approach with strong rootcause analysis skills and endtoend ownership of problems Outstanding conceptual, problem-solving, organizational, decision-making, planning, communication, time-management, and analytical skills Benefits Overview:
