Multiple Locations | Mission-Critical Programs | $130K-$180K+
Overview:
We are actively building a pipeline of
high-impact Network Engineers (TS/SCI)
to support mission-critical programs across
DoD and Intelligence Community environments .
This role is essential to designing, securing, and optimizing the
backbone of modern defense systems -from enterprise networks to cloud-integrated and zero trust architectures.

What You'll Do:
Design, implement, and maintain
secure network infrastructure Configure and support
routing & switching environments (Cisco, Juniper, etc.) Deploy and manage
firewalls and network security controls
(Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortinet) Support
network segmentation and Zero Trust initiatives Troubleshoot network performance, latency, and connectivity issues Integrate networks with
cloud environments (AWS, Azure, hybrid) Support
system accreditation and compliance
(STIGs, RMF, NIST) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
secure system integration and uptime What You Bring:
Active
Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance
( required ) 5+ years of experience in
network engineering or network security Strong experience with:
Routing & switching (Cisco preferred) Firewalls and network security tools Network troubleshooting and performance optimization
Familiarity with:
Network protocols (BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP) Secure network architecture and segmentation
Experience supporting
classified or mission-critical environments Preferred:
CI or FS Polygraph Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Security+) Experience with:
Cloud networking (AWS VPCs, Azure VNets) Zero Trust architecture SD-WAN or network automation
Experience supporting
DoD, IC, or federal programs Compensation:
Base Salary:
$130K - $180K+ Higher for poly-cleared and senior-level engineers Full benefits + long-term program stability Locations:
Primary markets (highest density of cleared talent):
Northern Virginia (Reston, Herndon, Chantilly) Maryland (Columbia, Annapolis Junction, Fort Meade) Washington, DC Colorado Springs, CO Huntsville, AL Additional opportunities:
Tampa, FL San Diego, CA Charleston, SC Dayton, OH Candidates typically align to a program location; some flexibility may be available depending on assignment.
