In this role, you’ll handle incoming service requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, ensuring every query is logged, prioritised, and progressed efficiently. You’ll work closely with our engineering team to coordinate timely resolutions and keep stakeholders informed every step of the way.
? What you’ll be doing
* Providing first-line support to clients and internal teams
* Logging, prioritising, and managing service requests
* Troubleshooting basic electrical queries
* Escalating complex issues to technical specialists
* Maintaining accurate records and monitoring ongoing jobs
* Ensuring all documentation meets company standards
* Delivering clear, friendly updates to customers and colleagues
? What you’ll bring
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure
* Experience in a helpdesk or service-desk environment
* Familiarity with electrical maintenance terminology (highly desirable)
* Confidence using IT systems and ticketing tools
* A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: £26,500.00-£28,500.00 per year
