- €45,000 base + 10-25% commission | Healthcare | Pension | 25 Days Leave | Clear Path to Field Sales Growing renewable energy specialist Focus on industrial & manufacturing clients Clear progression to field sales within 12 months THE COMPANY: Our client is a rapidly growing provider of heat pumps, decarbonisation and renewable energy solutions, working with industrial and manufacturing end users across Ireland.
As businesses continue to invest in sustainability and energy efficiency, demand for their solutions is increasing.
To support this growth, they are now looking to hire an Internal Sales / Lead Generation Executive to join their team in Co.
Louth.
THE ROLE: This is a new business-focused lead generation role.
Your responsibility will be to identify and engage with industrial and manufacturing companies, generating qualified opportunities for the external Sales Manager to follow up and close.
You will be prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn, building a pipeline of potential projects, booking appointments and uncovering opportunities within target accounts.
Once the opportunity is qualified, the Sales Manager will take over the closing process.
The role will be office-based 5 days per week for the first 3 months to support onboarding and training.
Following this, the structure moves to 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
THE PERSON: This role will suit someone with previous internal sales, lead generation or B2B sales development experience.
You should be confident speaking with senior stakeholders within industrial or manufacturing environments and motivated by generating new business opportunities.
Experience within energy, renewables, HVAC or technical sales would be advantageous but not essential.
Most important is drive, resilience and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in technical sales.
THE PACKAGE: Base Salary: €40,000
