We are a *People First, Dental Second* private practice seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing team.
Nordonia Dental Partners is an established modern, technology-driven office utilizing *air abrasion, lasers, implants, and advanced clinical systems, including AI* that allow you to practice comprehensive dentistry at a high level. We are focused on quality care and long-term patient relationships — *this is not a Medicaid-based practice.*

*Responsibilities*
* Perform a wide range of dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences while explaining procedures clearly.
* Maintain strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
* Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to deliver efficient four-handed dentistry.
* Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
* Stay current with advancements in dentistry through ongoing education and training.
*Qualifications*
* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
* Valid state dental license to practice as a General Dentist
* Experience in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and medical imaging is advantageous.
* Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and HIPAA compliance.
* Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures confidently.
* Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations including pediatrics.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
