The Residential Hospice is looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales -Hospice that will be responsible for leading, developing, and investing in the team / region's success. This will occur through the development of an action plan of identified growth targets that will define a blueprint to guide and provide growth accountability for her team and region. Identification / Development of new talent and strategic partnerships will also be an area of responsibility.

RVP Sales Job Responsibilities:

* Manages and is Accountable for large team of Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives within a given service line (Hospice/Home Health or Both)

  • Responsible for region achieving budget numbers based upon goals
  • Consistently mentor and train team on new initiatives, market trends and company messaging
  • Generates quarterly business reviews with each AE, RSD, and region
  • Responsible for territory account management
  • Identification of new talent and assist with clinical and non-clinical recruitment efforts
  • Strategic positioned to target large accounts, systems, partnerships
  • Holds Quarterly Sales Meetings along with weekly updates to the team
  • Responsible for region achieving budget admissions and census based upon goals
  • Performs Field Coaching Ride-Alongs with each AE and RSD at minimum quarterly so they may receive consistent and thorough coaching on their ability to meet role expectations.
  • Supports team in day-to-day processes, opportunities, and overcoming obstacles.

    Qualification Requirements

    * Bachelor's degree in health care administration or business-related field
  • Five plus years of healthcare sales leadership experience
  • Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred
  • Detail oriented and self-directed
  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Technology savvy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
