*Position Overview*
Sprouts Therapy Center is seeking a *Part-Time / PRN Pediatric Physical Therapist* to join our team to help cover a maternity leave with the opportunity for ongoing PRN or part-time hours beyond that time. This position offers *very flexible scheduling*, making it an excellent opportunity for a therapist looking for adaptable hours in a supportive, collaborative setting.
The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, values family-centered care, and enjoys collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
*Responsibilities*
* Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of developmental and physical needs
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Provide family education and collaborate with caregivers to support carryover at home
* Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment sessions in a timely manner
* Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other team members to provide comprehensive care
* Participate in team communication and care coordination as needed
*Qualifications*
* Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
* Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist
* *Pediatric experience required*
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Passion for working with children and their families
