We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Elkader Care Center in Elkader, IA. As Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility's maintenance operations and ensuring the upkeep of our physical plant and equipment.

• Plan, organize, and direct all maintenance activities within the facility
• Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective operations
• Coordinate and oversee preventive maintenance programs
• Supervise and assist contractors
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines

• Previous experience in a maintenance management role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
