JOB TITLE: Customer Success Coordinator (Temporary Part Time)
REPORTS TO: Associate Director, Relationship Management
DEPARTMENT: Customer Experience
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Customer Success Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Customer Success team in outreach and engagement of existing Healthix customers to assist in organizational goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Actively outreach participants to support Statewide Common Participation Agreement (SCPA) goals
• Work collaboratively with the Customer Success Management team and other key departments within Healthix to meet organizational goals
• Manage relevant information and document all outreach activities in our Client Relationship Management Salesforce database
• Produce and/or contribute to reporting assignments as they are defined by Healthix funders (New York eHealth Collaborative and NY State Dept. of Health)
· Assist with other department duties as needed
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree is required
· Minimum of two+ (2+) years of related experience, preferably in the health care industry
· Extremely organized with high attention to detail
· Competence in developing strong relationship skills with high emphasis on delivering value and service
· Comfortable presenting to small to medium sized audiences
· Team player, results oriented, flexible and resourceful
· Knowledge of MS Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce CRM
