Your primary duties will involve using warehouse equipment, such as RF scanners and order carts, to locate and retrieve items from inventory. Meticulous attention to detail is crucial to guarantee order accuracy and minimize errors, directly impacting customer satisfaction. This position requires a good level of physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting items up to 50 lbs. Safety is paramount; you will be required to strictly follow all safety guidelines and consistently use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). You will collaborate closely with a team of dedicated fulfillment specialists to meet demanding daily shipping quotas and contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and possesses a strong work ethic with a commitment to accuracy. Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar logistics role is highly preferred. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations based on order requirements.
- Utilize RF scanners to confirm picks and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Apply appropriate shipping labels and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Properly wear and utilize required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 50 lbs.
- Capacity to stand, walk, and move for the duration of the shift.
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
