Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for accuracy? Our **logistics** team in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a diligent Order Picker to ensure our customers receive their correct items promptly. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets, preparing them for packing and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Locate items within the warehouse, ensuring the correct product and quantity are selected.
- Transport picked items to the packing station or staging area.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and **safety**.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as required.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damaged items found during picking.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and guidelines, including the correct use of **PPE**.
- Meet established productivity goals for order picking.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and **lift** items weighing up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and **logistics**.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
