We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is fundamental to our distribution center's success, involving a range of tasks from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. You will be instrumental in managing inventory and ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our Logistics network. A strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and workplace Safety is essential. Compliance with all company policies, including the use of required PPE , is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize warehouse goods.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Prepare products for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and protocols.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
