We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our San Jose, California location. In this role, you will be integral to the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations, encompassing receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. You will handle a variety of tasks that are crucial to our Logistics network. This position requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Proper use of PPE is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize merchandise in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety guidelines.
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including frequent Lifting of up to 60 lbs.
