We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our growing logistics hub in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is fundamental to our operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient flow of goods. Responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and preparing orders for shipment, and managing inventory. A strong emphasis is placed on safety; all team members are required to follow safety guidelines and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately. This position demands physical capability, including significant lifting, and requires an individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and the proper use of PPE.
- Perform tasks that involve frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, with weights up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain operations.
- Ensure efficient processing of all inbound and outbound goods.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior warehouse or general labor experience is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Must understand and follow safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
