Job Summary:
Our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location is seeking a proactive Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and manage daily warehouse activities. This integral role ensures the efficient flow of goods within our Logistics operations, from receiving to shipping. You will be responsible for coordinating staff, managing inventory levels, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring that all Safety protocols are strictly followed. The Coordinator will play a key part in maintaining accurate inventory records and resolving any discrepancies. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems. The ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional Lifting of materials, and ensuring the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by the team is essential. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in warehouse supervision and a commitment to fostering a safe and productive work environment. Your leadership will be instrumental in the success of our Logistics team.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and activities
  • Manage inventory control processes and ensure accuracy
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
  • Implement and enforce Safety policies and procedures
  • Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and equipment
  • Train new team members on warehouse operations and Safety
  • Maintain records of warehouse activities
  • Conduct regular Safety inspections and ensure proper use of PPE

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in warehouse coordination or supervision
  • Strong knowledge of Logistics and supply chain management
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with WMS software
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting
  • Demonstrated commitment to Safety and enforcing PPE usage
