We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Worker to join our expanding logistics operations in Houston, Texas. This dynamic role involves a wide range of responsibilities critical to our supply chain efficiency. Your duties will include receiving and processing inbound inventory, accurately picking and preparing outbound orders, stocking shelves, and maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. You will be expected to operate various types of warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. A paramount focus on safety means all employees must strictly adhere to safety protocols and utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires significant physical exertion, including extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and regular lifting of up to 50 pounds. We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals who are team players and eager to contribute to our operational success. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous, but we are committed to providing thorough training for the right candidates. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming stock.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory effectively.
- Pick products for customer orders and stage them for shipping.
- Pack orders carefully and apply necessary labels.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use mandated PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Achieve performance objectives related to speed and accuracy.
- Regularly perform lifting and material handling tasks.
