Job Summary:
Our growing logistics operation in Baltimore, Maryland, is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a range of essential tasks that keep our distribution center running efficiently. This includes receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and assisting with outbound shipments. Your role is fundamental to our ability to meet customer demands and maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Store inventory accurately in designated locations.
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be needed).
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Strictly follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
  • Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Support other warehouse staff and logistics functions as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar physical labor role is a strong asset.
  • Must be able to perform strenuous physical duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate in a dynamic warehouse setting for prolonged periods.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control and logistics principles.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
