Job Summary:
Join our dynamic logistics team in Seattle, Washington, as a Warehouse Worker! We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center. This role encompasses a variety of essential warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our facility, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding our high standards for safety and productivity. If you are physically fit, possess a strong work ethic, and are eager to contribute to a vital part of our supply chain, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload inbound materials, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Stock shelves and storage areas with accuracy, ensuring proper inventory placement.
  • Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Load outbound shipments onto delivery vehicles.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification required for forklifts).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and wear mandated PPE.
  • Participate in inventory control initiatives, such as cycle counting.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is highly desirable.
  • Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 60 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety regulations.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
