Job Summary:
Join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, as a Picker/Packer! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment in our busy warehouse. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, directly impacting our customer satisfaction and the efficiency of our logistics operations. You will be responsible for accurately locating products, preparing them for shipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations using pick lists or scanning devices.
  • Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
  • Pack items securely and appropriately for various shipping methods.
  • Label packages correctly for shipment.
  • Stage packed orders for loading and shipment.
  • Meet daily picking and packing productivity goals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the picking and packing areas.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, supporting overall logistics functions.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is a plus.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 40 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills are beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics processes is advantageous.
