This role is pivotal to the success of our logistics operations, as you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory. Key responsibilities include conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing solutions to prevent future errors. You will also play a role in optimizing stock levels and ensuring efficient warehouse flow. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of inventory management principles. Safety is paramount in our facility, and adherence to all Safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. - Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in full physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve all inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS and ERP systems.
- Analyze inventory data to identify root causes of variances and propose improvements.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and maximize accuracy.
- Ensure proper segregation, labeling, and storage of inventory items.
- Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and operations teams to address inventory-related issues.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain best practices.
- Ability to perform tasks involving regular Lifting and moving of inventory items.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all Safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
