We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! As a Fulfillment Associate, you will pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, playing a key role in our logistics chain. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory according to order details.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Verify order accuracy and perform quality checks before shipment.
- Operate scanning equipment and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Willingness to handle moderate lifting, up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices.
