We need motivated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan! This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving the movement, organization, and preparation of goods. You'll be an integral part of our logistics process, ensuring that products are handled correctly from arrival to departure. A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety are key to success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Adhere to all Lifting policies and procedures.
- Assist with loading outgoing shipments.
- Support other warehouse staff and contribute to team goals.
- Learn and apply new logistics techniques and best practices.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting, is required. Must be able to work effectively in a team and independently. A strong understanding of safety protocols and the importance of PPE is essential. Basic understanding of logistics operations is a plus.
