We are hiring a Picker/Packer to join our vibrant fulfillment center in Provo, Utah! If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from our inventory based on customer orders and then carefully packing them for shipment. This position is crucial to our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. Your duties will involve navigating the warehouse to retrieve specified items and preparing them for dispatch, ensuring proper handling and presentation. Safety is our top priority, and all team members are required to adhere to safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Key responsibilities:
- Accurately picking items from warehouse shelves according to pick lists and order requirements.
- Verifying picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Packing items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Applying shipping labels and preparing packages for dispatch.
- Assisting with loading outgoing shipments and unloading incoming deliveries.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Conducting cycle counts and assisting with inventory management as needed.
- Following all company safety guidelines and participating in safety training.
- Supporting other logistics and warehouse functions as required.
