We are looking for dedicated Order Pickers to join our busy **Logistics** center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Your attention to detail and speed are crucial to meeting our service level agreements and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order sheets or scanning equipment.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package picked items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage completed orders for shipping and assist with loading trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring aisles are clear and safe.
- Adhere to all **Safety** protocols and **PPE** requirements while performing duties.
- Perform **Lifting** of products as required, following proper techniques.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy through diligent picking and reporting of discrepancies.
- Work effectively with the rest of the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment within our **Logistics** framework.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required. Ability to read pick lists and use scanning equipment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive **Lifting** of up to 40 lbs. Commitment to workplace **Safety** and the correct use of **PPE**. Familiarity with **Logistics** operations is a plus. Must be reliable and able to work at a consistent pace in a fast-moving environment.
