We are looking for dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This is an entry-level to intermediate position with broad responsibilities across warehouse operations. You will be involved in various tasks, including receiving goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and assisting with outgoing shipments. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to teamwork are essential for success. This role contributes directly to the efficiency of our warehouse logistics and is a great stepping stone for career growth within the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Sort and place inventory onto designated shelves or storage locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using order sheets or scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Assist with loading outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and warehouse facility.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere to all company safety rules and regulations.
- Use designated PPE as required by the task and company policy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics .
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
