Join our dynamic team in Washington, D.C. as a Material Handler. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient movement and organization of materials within our warehouse. Your efforts will directly support our Logistics operations, ensuring that products are handled safely and efficiently from receipt to dispatch. You will operate various material handling equipment, assist with loading and unloading, and maintain an organized and clean workspace. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, and possesses a strong commitment to Safety. We are looking for individuals who can work well in a team and adhere to all company policies. Responsibilities include operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely, loading and unloading materials from trucks, moving materials to designated areas within the warehouse, assisting with inventory counts and organization, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, performing routine checks on equipment, and strictly adhering to all Safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role involves considerable Lifting and requires a strong understanding of warehouse Logistics principles. Ensuring the highest standards of Safety is a top priority.
