We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate for our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma location. This role is fundamental to our logistics network, ensuring the efficient handling of goods from receipt to shipment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a range of activities including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping preparation. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Stage outgoing orders and prepare them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners safely.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and occasional Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices and proper PPE usage.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
