We are seeking a reliable and efficient Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are vital to ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our logistics chain. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality against orders.
- Sort, label, and store inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick products from inventory using pick lists or scanning devices to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring products are protected for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging for carriers.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management as needed.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks and meeting performance targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Capability to perform occasional heavy lifting, up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to read and understand product labels and pick lists.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks.
