Job Summary:
Join our innovative team as a Distribution Center Associate in sunny San Diego, California! We are seeking motivated individuals to handle a variety of tasks essential to our warehouse operations. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping functions, ensuring that our products reach our customers efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
  • Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring products are protected for shipment.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified and trained).
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Properly use and maintain required PPE at all times.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Contribute to team goals and support continuous improvement initiatives in our logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent understanding of safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
