Key responsibilities include operating material handling equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring that orders are processed correctly and on time. We place a strong emphasis on safety, and all warehouse workers must strictly follow established safety protocols and wear the required PPE at all times. This position involves considerable physical exertion, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and requires the ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
