Join our expanding logistics operations as a Picker/Packer in Cincinnati, Ohio! We are looking for motivated individuals to accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders. Your responsibilities will include picking items from warehouse shelves, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring orders are complete and accurate. This role is critical to our supply chain, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. We are committed to your safety and provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The job requires attention to detail, speed, and the physical capability for lifting and moving items. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order sheets or scanners.
- Pack items securely for shipment, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipping.
- Label packages according to shipping requirements.
- Operate hand-held scanners and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Contribute to the efficient flow of goods within our logistics center.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order details and item numbers.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and the use of PPE.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented and eager to contribute to logistics goals.
