We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our state-of-the-art facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in processing customer orders efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include picking items from inventory, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, energetic, and committed to providing excellent customer service through timely and accurate order fulfillment. This position is integral to our e-commerce logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper materials are used.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics and shipping processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or e-commerce environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse operations.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
