We are looking for dependable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a key role in our distribution operations, handling a variety of tasks to ensure efficient workflow. This includes receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming inventory.
- Pick orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and following instructions.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics is a plus.
