Join our growing logistics operation in Charlotte, North Carolina, as an Order Picker! We are looking for motivated and efficient individuals to accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for using RF scanners and order lists to locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves, ensuring that orders are fulfilled correctly and on time. This role is vital to our customer satisfaction and requires a high level of accuracy and speed. The position involves significant walking, standing, and frequent lifting of items up to 40 pounds. A strong commitment to safety is essential; you will be required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to all warehouse safety guidelines. Responsibilities include: Accurately picking customer orders using RF scanning technology, Verifying picked items against order sheets, Packing items securely for shipment, Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment, Maintaining organized and clean work areas, Assisting with inventory counts and stock management, Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, Following all safety procedures and company policies, Collaborating with team members to meet daily picking goals.
