Are you a skilled Warehouse Technician with a knack for maintenance and operations? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of our warehouse equipment and facilities. Your duties will encompass a range of technical tasks, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on various warehouse machinery, such as forklifts, conveyor systems, and automated equipment. A strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, and hydraulic principles is essential. You will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position may involve moderate to significant lifting and requires a robust understanding of industrial logistics and safety protocols. Responsibilities include: Performing routine maintenance and inspections on warehouse equipment, Diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions, Installing and commissioning new equipment, Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, Ensuring compliance with all safety standards and regulations, Assisting with general facility upkeep and repairs, Operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely, Collaborating with the operations team to minimize downtime, Contributing to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
