Are you a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator? We have an exciting opportunity for you in our San Francisco, California distribution center. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating powered industrial trucks to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Your role is crucial in maintaining the smooth flow of goods through our logistics operations. This position requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional driving skills, and a strong commitment to adhering to all safety regulations. You will be expected to perform daily pre-operation checks on your forklift to ensure it is in safe working order, and to properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy is essential. Responsibilities include: Safely operating various types of forklifts, Loading and unloading materials from trucks and trailers, Moving and stacking products in designated warehouse locations, Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts, Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, Following all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines, Performing routine maintenance checks on equipment, Supporting other warehouse functions as needed. This role involves frequent lifting and requires the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is strongly preferred.
