We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders from receipt through shipment. Your responsibilities will span picking, packing, and preparing orders, contributing directly to the success of our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess the physical stamina required for warehouse work. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory according to order details.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Verify order accuracy and quality before dispatch.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including RF scanners and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counts.
- Must be able to handle regular lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Consistent and correct use of all required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or logistics preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Willingness to perform manual tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory systems.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be willing to wear appropriate PPE.
