Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Efficiently pick items for customer orders using scanners or pick lists.
- Safely pack items for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare shipments for transit, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse aisles and storage areas.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as needed.
- Participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Follow all company safety procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Commitment to safety in all tasks.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
