Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on warehouse equipment.
- Ensure all warehouse machinery operates safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the setup and organization of warehouse storage systems.
- Monitor warehouse environment for potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of spare parts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company and regulatory Safety standards.
- Properly use and maintain all required PPE .
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including some Lifting and material movement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or maintenance role.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and basic mechanical principles.
- Understanding of Logistics operations and warehouse workflow.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and correct PPE usage.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
