Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Provo, Utah! In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient processing and shipment of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include picking items accurately, packing them with care, and preparing them for dispatch. We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and are committed to customer satisfaction. The role requires physical activity, including regular Lifting .
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain productivity standards for picking and packing.
- Keep workstations and surrounding areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Participate in inventory management processes, such as cycle counting.
- Follow all company Safety rules and procedures to prevent accidents.
- Wear and correctly utilize all assigned PPE , such as safety vests and gloves.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or picking/packing role is a strong advantage.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for the duration of the shift.
- Physical capacity to perform tasks involving Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics processes.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety and proper PPE usage.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
