Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect all incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Accurately pick orders from inventory locations using WMS and scanning technology.
- Pack orders with appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Stage orders for outgoing shipment and assist with loading trucks.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Follow all procedures for the correct use and care of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding role.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
