We are looking for an enthusiastic Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse locations using scanning devices.
- Verify order accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product protection during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation and general warehouse area.
- Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counts.
- Operate hand-held scanners and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is advantageous.
- Ability to perform tasks involving standing for long periods and repetitive movements.
- Capability to lift up to 40 pounds periodically.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
This role is integral to our daily logistics operations. We prioritize a safe working environment and expect all associates to follow established safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE. Your role will require focus and precision in handling orders to meet our high standards.
