We're hiring dedicated Warehouse Workers for our facility in Seattle, Washington! This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving a range of tasks that keep our warehouse running smoothly. You'll be involved in receiving and storing incoming goods, picking and packing orders accurately, and ensuring the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. Your efforts will directly support our logistics chain, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently and orders are dispatched promptly. This position requires physical stamina, as it involves consistent Lifting and moving of products. Safety is our utmost priority, so adherence to all safety guidelines and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper storage and handling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment issues.
- Contribute to team efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of basic inventory management principles.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and the use of PPE.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of logistics concepts is a plus.
