Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
  • Process and prepare outgoing shipments.
  • Receive and stock incoming inventory.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, ensuring safe usage.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the fulfillment center.
  • Follow all safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of appropriate PPE.
  • Contribute to team efforts to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is advantageous.
  • Capability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Good understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory control principles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and the use of required PPE.

This position requires a consistent focus on quality and efficiency. You will be instrumental in managing the flow of goods through our facility. Understanding of shipping procedures and inventory management is key. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic and is eager to learn new skills within the logistics sector. We encourage a proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining a safe working environment for all. Experience with Material Handling equipment is a plus.
