Our busy Seattle, Washington warehouse is looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our facility, from receiving and put-away to order fulfillment and shipping. This position requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks that keep our logistics moving smoothly. This includes picking, packing, and staging orders accurately and on time. Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus. We emphasize teamwork and encourage individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a positive work culture. You will be expected to perform tasks that involve significant lifting and material handling, making physical fitness a requirement. Understanding and following all safety guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is non-negotiable. This role is foundational to our entire supply chain, ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and correctly. Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment accurately.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support logistics operations.
- Handle frequent lifting and manual material handling.
