We are hiring an Order Picker for our Madison, Wisconsin warehouse. In this essential role within our logistics operations, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking customer orders from warehouse shelves. Your primary duties will include reading order pick lists, locating items, retrieving them from storage, and preparing them for packing and shipment. Attention to detail is critical to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction. You will be expected to maintain a safe and organized work area, adhering to all company safety protocols and utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires the ability to work at a steady pace, often in a physically demanding environment, including frequent lifting (up to 40 lbs) and standing for long durations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Locate products within the warehouse efficiently.
- Stage picked items for the packing and shipping departments.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.

- Utilize required PPE at all times.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or safety hazards.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists accurately.
- Capability for consistent lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Reliable transportation and attendance.
