Adhere to data governance guidelines throughout development activities.
Document dashboards, data models, and reporting procedures clearly and concisely.
Train and support business users on Power BI tools and self-service functionalities.
Collaborate with IT and data teams to consolidate data from various sources into Power BI.
Troubleshoot and resolve BI tool and data connection issues effectively.
Stay informed about Power BI updates and best practices, driving continuous improvement.
Exhibit self-motivation and ownership in creating high-quality, insight-driven Power BI dashboards.
Quickly understand complex business requirements and convert them into clear deliverables for efficient execution.
Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years in data-centric roles (BI, analytics, data engineering, etc.).
3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience, including:
Creating dashboards and reports for business clients.
Optimizing DAX measures and queries.
Building data models for effective reporting.
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and narrative techniques.
Proficient in SQL and familiar with relational databases.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage on-site with stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
Experience with data governance practices to ensure compliance in BI solutions.
Ability to produce clear, standardized documentation for BI products, including data models and usage guidelines.
Experience in delivering training to business users on Power BI dashboards and analytics.
You May Also Have: Experience with Power BI Copilot is an advantage.
Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, GCP) and data warehousing concepts.
Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration methods.
Ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
Interpersonal skills beneficial for engaging stakeholders.
A proactive and flexible approach within a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: Annual Salary: $101,000.00 - $116,000.00. Actual salary will depend on factors such as experience, location, education, and skills, and will be confirmed upon offer.
