At Saint-Gobain Performance Ceramics & Refractories we are looking for a Sales Engineer, to join our Waste to Energy and Foundry team to help us grow in our market base, you'll be helping us do this by identifying and proactively engaging with new and existing customers across our customer base in the UK.

Performance Ceramics & Refractories, lead in providing our customers with high-performing products across performance ceramic solutions as well as innovative refractory solutions.

This is a varied role, which will involve working on-site with customers in advising and delivering applications advice, from both a product and commercial perspective.

This is a field-based role, which will cover the majority of the UK - candidates must therefore possess a full UK driving license.

What we're looking for:

An ability and understanding to make technical recommendations to our customer base with our products/applications across the PCR range Competent sales and relationship skills, with an ability to build and forge relationships across all key stakeholders An ability to travel out to customers sites and taking proactive steps to meet customers face-to-face A recent graduate in material science, or perhaps 1-2 years sales technical sales experience in a similar field to refractories, or industrial ceramics
