SALES REPRESENTATIVE - FOOD INDUSTRY MONDAY - FRIDAY: WILL NEED TO WORK 1 IN 6 SATURDAYS (ROTA IN PLACE) £32,000 - £35,000 PER ANNUM - PLUS £6,000 CAR ALLOWANCE AND BONUS People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Field Sales Executive to join our well-established client based in Worcester on a full-time permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity offering an amazing annual salary and room to grow and progress. This role will require 25% travel, so a full driving licence and your own car is essential. Duties
Setting of individual sales targets and maintenance of sales to meet these targets
Generate new business, visiting new prospects and potential customers
Effectively maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships
Achieve and maintain high levels of customer service
Respond to all enquiries and sales requests within specified timeframes
Participate in training, learning about new products and improving sales techniques
Tracking achieved sales
Essential Skills
Previous experience within the Food, Catering, Wholesale industry
Highly organised and efficient
Demonstrates excellent communication and follow-up skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Shows consistent professionalism and good judgement
Must be assertive, reliable and flexible, ensuring strong communication to all levels of the business
Self-motivated new business hunter who is also proficient at building relationships and developing existing customer accounts
Desirable Experience
Contracts: one year
Sales: one year
Salesforce: one year
B2B sales: one year
Experience within the Food Industry would be desirable
